*NOTE* All parent helpers suspended during the ‘social distancing’ rules. Until further notice.
We believe that a partnership between parents, carers and the wider family will nurture your child’s development. Therefore we actively encourage parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, carers, et al to get involved in our preschool. You can do so by:
- Helping during a preschool session
Come and have fun with us in a session at preschool, where you can see first-hand what goes on at preschool. It’s a great opportunity to get to know the staff and your child’s key person as well as provide the preschool with additional support. If you would like to help, please get in touch or complete the relevant form in the lobby.
- Join the committee
We always welcome new committee members. A vital part of preschool is being involved, whether it be a ‘named’ member or helping ad-hoc. PLEASE do get involved; preschool needs you!
- Help in a social or fundraising activity
We are an active preschool, often organising social and fundraising events to help raise money for the preschool and to provide an opportunity for parents and carers to get to know one another. We are always grateful for ideas and help with these activities, so please get in touch if you would like to be involved.
- Even volunteering to help wash the tea towels and make play dough is much appreciated.
We have a rota for washing tea towels and making play dough, which can be found in our lobby. Please take a look.
